Photography:
Images are taken with a 10-20mm ultra wide angled lens including professional internal and external photography. Photographs are sent in high resolution JPEG format within 24 hours of the appointment. We can resize images for web sites and sales particulars if required.
Floor Plans:
During the appointment we will take measurements using an accurate Leica laser measure and then construct into professional floor plans that can be presented on sales particulars and websites. Plans can be ordered in 2D including Colour and Black & White and impressive 3D giving potential buyers an excellent perspective of any property. Plans are sent in JPEG and GIFF formats within 24 hours.

Properties over 2000 sq ft: £35
Add an additional £5 for 3D.
